Below are the most popular flooring surfaces we clean, finish and restore. If the floors you want serviced are not listed, just ask.

Refinish Hardwood floors – screen floors (sand) dust mop, vacuum and tack floors, and stain if requested, and refinish using a commercial grade professional Tung oil called Pen seal. This is applied using a T-bar for a smooth finish, two coats of seal using a T-bar is equivalent to a three coat process.
Carpet cleaning - we offer you 2 options!
- Truck Mounted Extraction: This uses a large cleaning machine mounted on a truck. The water is heated to a higher temperature and is shot into the carpet at a higher velocity than is possible in portable machines. Solution is safe for children, pets and allergy sufferers.
- Whittaker system cleans and pile lifts using the latest state of art encapsulation technology. This process dries in 30-45 minutes and does not leave a residue, uses 70% less water than other “steam” or extracting methods, is non-toxic and “green” certified. This process is safe on all types of carpets including wool! This process is approved and recommended by most major carpet manufacturers.
Hardwood floor cleaning - Floors are swept and mop using an approved cleaner “super shine all” and are buffed out to restore a shine. This process will not remove deep scratches or damage. It will only smooth out scuffs.

VCT & Tile work (scrub or strip and refinish work) - both processes follow the same procedure. Floors are scrubbed cleaned using a non-stripper cleaner and a floor machine, this process removes the top two dirty coats of finish. If scrubbing and two coats of new finish are applied. Note: floors that are to be scrubbed must be on a scrub schedule. If not they need to be stripped first. Stripping involves the same procedure, only all the old finish is removed and 3-4 coats of new finish are applied.

Grout cleaning - is a process of cleaning grout using a non-acid cleaner and a cylindrical brush system, Note: some stains will not come out if grout was never sealed or has been exposed to excessive water damage (lime discoloration usually a grey color)

Grout sealing - is done only after cleaning. And is done with a commercial grade sealer.

Warehouse sweeping / scrubbing - floors are swept and scrubbed at the same time using a commercial grade riding scrubber and a mild floor cleaner. This is not meant for floors that are full of grease, chemicals, soils, or floors that are full of debris (like a wood shop or metal shop, etc.) These require additional processes.
